Hard Chrome Plated Rods & Tubes
We supply hard chrome plated rods and tubes finished to exacting surface and straightness requirements. Each rod is ground, hard-chrome plated and finally polished to provide the corrosion resistance and seal-friendly surface that long cylinder service life demands.

- Chrome layer 20–40 μm with high adhesion
- Surface hardness 850–1000 HV
- Surface finish Ra ≤ 0.15 μm
- Straightness 0.2 mm / m max
- Induction-hardened variants available
